Afterwards, you will receive the detailed staging recommendations highlighting what needs to be done to the interior and exterior of your home to get it ready to sell! Is your home vacant and just sitting on the market with little to no traffic? This staging service is what you need! Vacant staging is for homes that are empty, and buyers today want them to be move-in ready! Staging your home results in more showings, higher offers and quicker sales! That means more money for you! We provide all furniture, artwork, rugs, lamps, linens and decorative accessories. Our inventory is chosen to appeal to the broadest spectrum of buyers. Pricing begins at $2400 and depends on the property square footage and rooms to be staged.
What to expect:
Once you have accepted your Staging Proposal, your inventory is reserved and we will visit your property to determine best staging options for your home

Occupied Home Staging
Occupied Home Staging is for sellers that will live in their home while it is on the market. Using our customized, written report we will get your home ready to sell, and will optimize your living spaces for the best aesthetic outcome. One of the first steps is to declutter and depersonalize your property so it will look and photograph the best. Occupied Staging begins at $2000
Your consultation will include optimal furniture layout and a customized accessory/decoration shopping list. We use what you already own, and supplement with beautiful accessories like pillows, pictures and decorative items. We will make big transformations using what you have to make the most of each space! Letting us stage your home can make the difference between sitting on the market and selling!
Occupied Staging Consultation $250

Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to staging day. Available by the hour, half day, full day and more. Additional staging assistance listed below. Homes must be animal free, and we can discuss prior to installation.
Half Day - 4 hours $400

Color Consultation
Choosing the right paint color is so important and can be difficult to do! Before you hire the painter, book a color consultation to ensure the paint colors chosen compliment your home. Buyers today are looking for “move in ready” listings with the least amount of work to do. By walking through each space, we will determine the best palette for each room. Color is one of the most important ingredients. Let’s make sure you have the best one for your home!
